It’s my third season playing in the company bowling league at Valley Lanes in Carbondale, PA. Every Wednesday we bowl three games, with the second one offering a dollar jackpot. Throw in a dollar and you can win the money if you have the high handicap score for that game. Well, after years of throwing dollars into the gutter, I hit the stride and struck dough with a 249 (264 hdcp)! It’s not about the money, but instead about being validated as a member of my team, the Pinheads.

I cannot wait to pick up the ball tomorrow and get rollin’! [...]
