Earl Greyhound : Silver Lake Lounge

Every now and then a band jumps up in your face and blows you away when you least expect it. This happened last night when Earl Greyhound pounded the skins and strings at the Silver Lake Lounge in Silver Lake. Not only does this trio beam like rock stars aesthetically, they back it up with pure, uncut power to get your head bobbin’. The densely refreshing (and unfortunately too short) set featured tracks from their new album Soft Targets. Pick up a copy and check out their home page and mySpace.
